Currently pursuing or possessing a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Skilled in AutoCADand/or relevant3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit).

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve.

Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings and detailing is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Produce detailed 2D architectural drawings and 3D models, primarily for bungalow and interior projects, using SketchUpandAutoCAD.

Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project teamsto ensure design alignment withclient requirementsandregulatory standards.

Revise drawings based on feedback, updates, or changes during the design and construction phases.

Ensure all drawings and models adhere to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Assist in project documentation preparation, including design reports and material specifications.

Participate in site inspections to verify the implementation and accuracy of design work.

Stay updated on the latest design trends and software tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Perform any additional tasks assigned by the superior.
