Deliver quality nursing care to critically ill patients on a continuous basis, including shift and after-hours coverage as required.

Monitor patients’ conditions and provide appropriate nursing interventions in accordance with established care plans and clinical procedures.

Maintain complete, accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.

Follow infection prevention and control practices and comply with hospital policies and patient safety requirements.

Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.

Carry out other duties related to nursing and patient care as assigned.
