Internship Business Admin Jobs, Salary up to MYR 800 in AFYAA SETAPAK OFFICIAL Federal Territory - Maukerja

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, organised and detail-oriented Business Admin Intern to join our team at AFYAA Setapak.

This internship provides hands-on experience in business administration, sales reporting, TikTok Live operations and e-commerce order management.

You will work closely with our sales and operations team to support daily business activities and gain practical experience in a fast-paced digital business environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Reporting & Administration
- Assist in updating daily and weekly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate sales records using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Support basic sales data tracking and reporting.

2. TikTok Live Operations
- Monitor and supervise the Live Host team during TikTok Live sessions.
- Ensure Live sessions run according to the planned schedule.
- Track Live Host attendance and session progress.
- Report operational issues to the relevant team members.

3. TikTok Order & AWB Management
- Manage Air Waybill (AWB) documentation for TikTok Shop orders.
- Assist in processing and tracking customer orders.
- Coordinate with the relevant team to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
- Update order records and shipment status when required.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, E-Commerce or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently with guidance.
- Interest in TikTok, e-commerce or digital business operations is an advantage.
- No prior working experience required.

Internship Details

Location: Setapak, Kuala Lumpur
Allowance: RM800 per month
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
