Full Time Supply Chain Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in Wizlogix Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Responsibilities

1. SAP Maintenance & Data Management

- Maintain SAP data to ensure up-to-date supplier and purchasing information.

- Prepare and load PO & necessary documents.

- Handle goods receipting to ensure accuracy in AP invoicing.

- Provide daily updates on the Open List status.

2. Logistics Coordination & Inventory Management

- Organize courier services and coordinate logistics movements.

- Manage scheduling for components and materials delivery.

- Oversee maintenance of the office’s material holding and inventory storage area.

- Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.

- Repack received components and materials, and label items for easy identification.

- Photograph PCB/PCBA/consignment/components and scan all relevant reports for accurate record-keeping.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Perform incoming quality testing against design specifications. Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and requirements.

- Address quality rejects, Return Material Authorizations and Corrective Action Reports.

- Handle Certificate of Conformity, Restriction of Hazardous Substances, and other compliance-related documentation.

- Prepare inspection and compliance reports.

- Ensuring quality of work by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

4. Soldering & Manual Work

- Perform precise RTV, hand soldering for manual insertion and rework projects.

- Conduct initial testing and inspection of soldered boards to identify defects or issues.

- Ensure soldered boards meet industry quality standards.

5. Equipment Maintenance & Safety

- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of soldering equipment and tools for optimal performance.

- Adhere to cleanliness and safety protocols within the work area, including S2 Lab, Wiz/Consign inventory & all S2 racks, to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

6. Process Improvement

- Participate in projects to improve work processes, as assigned by Supply Chain Manager (SCM).

- Independent & effectively lead communications.

7. Additional Responsibilities

- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Education:

• GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (Required)
