Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms is an advantage.
  • Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.
  • Resourceful & Independent - Able to research, troubleshoot and find practical solutions.
  • Proactive & Responsible - Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.
  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable - Willing to learn new tools and improve existing processes.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented - Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Corporate Administration: Manage business licences, permits, contracts, renewals, company records and general administrative matters.
  • Accounts Support: Assist with bookkeeping, invoices, payment documentation, financial records and basic management reports.
  • Procurement & Coordination: Source vendors, compare quotations, manage administrative purchases and liaise with internal teams and external parties.
  • Management Support: Handle ad hoc assignments, research solutions and follow through on tasks independently.
  • AI & Process Improvement: Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Excel and Lark to streamline workflows, improve reporting and automate repetitive tasks.
