Full Time DEMI CHEF Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Oriental Crystal Hotel Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate culinary skills and techniques in the preparation and presentation of food
• Assist the head chef and sous chef in developing new menu items
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet the hotel standards
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
• Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment
• Follow and enforce all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Assist with the management of food costs by minimizing waste and utilizing leftovers effectively

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
