Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily processing of policy servicing transactions efficiently and accurately. Daily policy servicing transactions includes but not limited to:
• Ensure department’s defined service standards and TATs are met.
• Ensure compliance with the relevant business standards and regulations.

1. Client Level Creation / Changes – For e.g. create or update clients’ personal particulars and contact details.
2. Changes at Policy Level : For e.g. change in premium frequency / payment method, nomination of beneficiary, reinstatement / assignment.
3. Payouts for Policy Values : For e.g. maturity / surrender / withdrawal payout.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the insurance industry or in an administrative capacity.
• Diploma/ Degree in any field
