Full Time ADMIN - COMPLIANCE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,600 in Hermanos Restaurant Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage road tax renewals and ensure all company vehicle documents are valid and up to date.
• Monitor tenancy agreements, including expiry dates, renewals, and related documentation.
• Handle government licence applications, renewals, and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Coordinate the renewal of office licences, permits, and other necessary approvals.
• Maintain company agreements and contracts, ensuring proper filing, documentation, and timely renewals.
• Provide general administrative support and follow up on outstanding tasks and matters assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in administration, compliance, or documentation management is an advantage.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow up independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document management.
• Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
