You will be responsible for the Sales and Business Development activities of Product Verification and Compliance Services for 2 business lines of Product Services Division, including:-

includes services such as Environmental Testing, Electromagnetic Testing, Performance & Safety Testing and Global Market Access services within Electrical & Electronic Business Line

includes services supporting Industrial; Energy; Advanced Manufacturing; and Transportation products with Solar PV, Machinery Automation and Automotive are identified beachhead markets

Job Responsibilities:-

• Drive ENE and IEP Sales teams in the implementation of sales and business development strategies to achieve budgeted revenue.
• Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of Testing and Certification services for ENE and IEP related products
• Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets.
• Develop, manage and maintain strong account relationships with our key accounts.
• Responsible for developing go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography.
• Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability. Leading the sales team to achieve business unit ‘s sales budget.
• Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers.
• Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales.
• Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients.
• Lead and coach the sales team to expand and penetrate new area.
• Collaborate with Technical experts, Operations and Business Line Manager to identify, drive and develop new service capabilities in the ASEAN region.
Remuneration is based on an On-Target Earning scheme.

Job Requirements: -

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Mechatronic Engineering preferably with at least 5 years of experience in leading sales team, strong direct sales experience in business-to-business engineering solution-selling from the Electrical or Electronics sector.
• Good experience in business development (B2B Sales) and good knowledge of electronic retail market/Automotive Industry and its global supply chain, and willing to expand this knowledge continuously.
• Experience and knowledge in Industrial Components, Automation and Control System preferred
• Strong sales, business or customer development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and management of major accounts for growth
• Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills
• Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influence management and decision makers.
Strong ability to navigate challenging situations as well as manage and align different stakeholders.
