Full Time Operations Executive (US Support) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,600 in IFAST CORPORATION LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Support operational process for securities clearing and settlements on NSCC/DTCC
• Perform daily cash reconciliation on backend system vs bank records
• Conduct daily reconciliation of shareholdings and resolve discrepancies
• Process corporate action events which include drafting of correspondences to our end clients and business partners
• Process transfer instructions
• Participate in project development user acceptance testing (UAT) for team applications and adhoc projects
• Proactively initiate system enhancements to bridge gaps and smoothen the operational BAU process
• Handle backroom enquiries from all internal stakeholders and provide general administration and support to operations department
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting such as form custody report and daily reporting such as CAT daily review
• Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities when required

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience will also be considered
• Degree holder in Finance, Business or any related discipline
• Knowledge of settlements and corporate action functions would be an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and responsible with a strong sense of ownership
• Must be willing to work on rotating shifts and on Singapore Public Holidays
