Full Time Account Manager - Event Jobs, in PrimeStaff Management Services - Maukerja

This is an internal in-house role.

We're looking for a commercially driven BD professional with an established network across Singapore's events, MICE, and hospitality sectors to grow our event workforce solutions business.

What you'll do

• Win new business and build strategic client partnerships
• Grow a portfolio of event agency and hotel accounts, turning one-off bookings into repeat business
• Engage senior stakeholders across event agencies, hotel groups, and corporate event teams
• Own the full sales cycle, from origination to close
• Build a high-value pipeline with strong commercial discipline
• Partner with our operations and rostering teams to make sure what you sell is delivered well
• Track upcoming conferences, exhibitions, and hotel event calendars to spot demand early

What you'll bring

• 4–7 years of BD experience in Events, MICE, Hospitality, or Workforce Solutions
• Experience with a large event organizer, hotel, or agency (a strong advantage)
• A well-established network within Singapore's events ecosystem
• A track record of client acquisition and revenue growth
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
