Responsibilities
Book appointments over the phone and serve walk-ins based on availability
Maintain updated client records (e.g. contact details and treatments)
Cross-sell therapies and beauty products, when relevant
Consulting with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols within the beauty industry.
Keep track of levels of stock (e.g products, lotions, cleansers)
Adhering to health and safety regulations while performing beauty treatments.
Ability to stay calm and professional when dealing with difficult or demanding clients. Skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and oversee daily operations efficiently.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
