Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To plan the themes of all performances and summaries the plots
2. Plan and schedule rehearsals
3. Be the person in charge of all the rehearsals including the technical running of the rehearsals
4. Ensure that the rehearsals maintain the artistic directions and if there is a need, to call for extra correctional rehearsals
5. To conduct production meetings and be present in all productions meeting to ensure that all tasks of the production are completed in a timely manner
6. Ensure that the technical crew and the artiste crew communicate frequently to ensure tasks are completed on time
7. Monitor the cost of the productions to ensure that the production is within budget
8. To write a report to the management on the revenue of each production
9. Ensure all performance are able to meet the profit and revenue requirements of the company
10. Work with the marketing and sales to forecast of revenue and profit
1. Require a degree in Business Management
2. Minimum 3 years of management and stage management experience is a plus
3. Very accurate in planning and coordinating work
4. Experience in planning performance budget and meeting business target is a must
5. In depth understanding of Night life industry
