Job Summary
We seek a proactive Senior Executive, Human Resources & Administration to lead people strategy, enhance culture and support regional workforce growth through effective HR processes, talent acquisition, employee engagement and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through exit to ensure smooth transitions and compliance
Lead talent acquisition by sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding candidates to meet organizational needs
Develop and refine HR policies, processes and best practices to improve operational efficiency
Support performance management and appraisal cycles to drive employee development and accountability
Design and implement employee engagement, retention and development initiatives to enhance workforce satisfaction
Collaborate with managers to resolve employee relations and people-related issues effectively
Promote and reinforce a positive, inclusive and high-performance organizational culture
Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events and culture initiatives to foster collaboration
Champion company values to support organizational growth and alignment
Conduct comprehensive employee orientation and induction programs to facilitate integration
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and positive experiences
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with policies
Support office administration, vendor coordination and operational activities to maintain workplace efficiency
Execute general administrative duties and special projects as assigned to support business objectives
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs)
Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, employee engagement, culture building and people management
Experience managing employees from diverse cultural and national backgrounds
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
