Qualifications / experience

 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

 2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow business analysis and

administration.

 Strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience with ITSM

tools.

 Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting,

workflows, and integrations.

 Excellent communication and

interpersonal skills to work

effectively with stakeholders at all

levels.

 ServiceNow certifications such as

Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation

Specialist (CIS) are highly desirable.

 ITIL V3/V4 certification is an

advantage.

 Familiarity with generative AI and

Now Assist is an advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
