You will be part of the Enterprise Programmes Division, serving as a central point for grants governance and compliance audit finding follow-ups, to ensure robust administrative tracking. The role focuses on gathering information from various stakeholders, managing audit follow-ups and processes, and supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks such as data compilation and analysis.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Information Management: Coordinate information requests and audit follow-up responses from multiple sources and compile reports for the division
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate follow-ups on compliance requirements, monitor response deadlines and compile updates on resolution of audit findings.
• Relevant experience in administrative roles would be advantageous

Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to maintain records and consolidate information from multiple sources
• Basic understanding of governance frameworks and compliance requirements
• Good project management skills with ability to support coordination of multiple stakeholders and manage timelines
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Abilities/Aptitudes:

• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills and organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple timelines and projects effectively with focus on timeline monitoring and information compilation
