Responsibilities
* WE’RE HIRING! – Temporary Customer Service Officers
* Support public enquiries for a government-related project!
Mon - Fri 8.00am - 5.30pm
$12/hour
What You Will Do
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other channels
• Understand issues and provide quick, effective solutions
• Work with internal teams to follow up when needed
• Give feedback to improve processes
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Support other team tasks when required
What We’re Looking For
•A levels Students OK !!!
• 2+ years of customer service or call centre experience for O level or Nitec
• Strong English communication skills
