You’ll support the full trade lifecycle, from pre-trade checks to post-trade operations, working directly with front office systems. You’ll monitor, troubleshoot under pressure, and work with engineering and infrastructure to stop outages before they happen.

What you’ll do

Monitor and support critical trading and transaction systems

Troubleshoot alerts and production incidents in real time

Manage scheduled changes and automated operational workflows

Work with infra teams to improve stability and drive automation

What you’ll bring

2+ years in Application, Production, or Front Office Support

Python and/or Bash scripting

SQL (PostgreSQL or similar)

Solid Linux/Unix

Sharp problem-solving and genuine curiosity about markets and tech
