Job Description

Responsibilities

Trainer / Job Coaching

Plan, design, develop, and implement training programmes and curriculum for individuals with special needs, schools, and community partners.

Manage and oversee Camp X and Programmes including planning, training, logistics coordination, and programme delivery.

Manage and implement School SEN programmes, including workshops, training, and student engagement programmes.

Support AEC School Engagement programmes in collaboration with the team.

Develop programme content aligned with current best practices in special education, inclusion, and skills training.

Provide job coaching and employment support for clients under Academy, iHTA and other employment programmes.

Guide clients in learning and completing job tasks.

Assist clients in developing social, work readiness, and life skills.

Provide recommendations on workplace accommodations and inclusive employment practices.

Monitor client progress and maintain proper documentation and reports.

Programme Management

Coordinate programme logistics, resources, venues, and materials.

Maintain proper documentation, programme reports, monitoring, and evaluation records.

Work closely with programme team, schools, partners, and external stakeholders.

Support organisational events, programmes, and ad hoc activities when required.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma for special needs or relevant field of study

1-3 years of working experience or relevant fields and industries

Willingness to learn, to be able to render assistance and support, problem solve and execute

Positive attitude

Able to multi-task and coordinate well with multiple vendors and departments
