Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop process calculation for unit process, piping loss and pump head calculations.
Develop P&ID, PFD and mass balance.
Manage detailed design of PID and mass balance.
Ensure timely submission of process deliverables, including PFD, P&ID, hydraulic profile, equipment sizing, HAZOP study report etc.
Involve in HAZOP study for the overall plant and its system/ sub-system.
Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
Analyze and review current processes and streamline the process for improvement, enhancement and productivity calculation, sequence of operation, unit improvement and process troubleshooting.
Attend technical meetings with Client, Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Internal Project Team.
Support Software FAT, and commissioning plantwide.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Environmental Engineering or any related field
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess keen knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies and the industry in general
Able to work independently and a multitasker/ able to cope in a fast-paced environment.
