Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability for job opportunities
Match suitable candidates with job openings based on their skills and career aspirations
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Coordinate interviews, manage job offers and follow up throughout the recruitment process
Develop new business opportunities and support client acquisition
Work towards individual and team recruitment targets
