Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Greet customers warmly and offer assistance in a friendly and professional manner
Handle customer enquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
Carry out store opening and closing activities
Perform various sales functions including approaching customers, providing product advice, promoting products and services, handing customer objections, upselling and cross-selling, and closing sales
Issue memos for cashier payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain and refresh merchandise displays to ensure visual appeal and brand consistency
Manage stock inventory, including stock-taking, replenishment and transfers
Assist with any ad-hoc duties and activities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT
Creative with a keen eye for aesthetics, highly adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment
Active, energetic, and loves being on trend
Possesses a sense of responsibility and spontaneity in every task
Good verbal communication, and selling skills
Minimum “O" Levels
Basic IT proficiency to use electronic devices, computers, scanners, etc.
