Full Time Operations Executive (6 months) #ESS Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Manage Inter-Company Order Fulfillment

- Coordinating with inter-company on open orders and preemptively flagging issue

- Tracked and manage open order backlogs and work with Sales & Customer Service team to achieve on-time delivery metrics.

Provide Imports & Export Support

- Prepare & maintain import / export paperwork’s in compliance with company / local / export regulations.

- Managing inbound verification and outbound shipments with a third-party logistics (3PL) provider.

- Proactively address and evaluate improvement to logistic/freight challenges.

- Evaluate and provide recommendations in shipment consolidation solutions to optimize cost and efficiency.

Provide Sales & Administrative Support

- Weekly / Monthly Inventory Reconciliation

- Manage order to cash workflow and record retention.

- Support Sales & Customer Service Team when necessary

- Support monthly reports (Inter-company forecast, customer delivery reports) as and when required
