Full Time Aftersales Coordinator Jobs, in INTRIX Group Selangor - Maukerja

To support the daily coordination of aftersales service activities, including customer communication, technician scheduling, service case follow-up, and documentation.

• Receive and coordinate customer service requests and complaints.
• Schedule and arrange technicians for service, repair, and maintenance jobs.
• Update and monitor open service cases until completion.
• Follow up with technicians, customers, and internal departments on outstanding matters.
• Maintain service reports, job records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate spare-part requests and follow up with Supply Chain/Purchasing.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and service contract schedules.
• Escalate urgent, delayed, or unresolved cases to the Aftersales Manager.
• Provide general administrative support to the Aftersales team.

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in service coordination, aftersales, customer service, maintenance, or a similar role.
• Experience in HVAC, M&E, facilities, appliances, or technical service industries is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision after initial guidance.

• Proactive and strong in follow-up.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and technicians.
• Able to handle urgent service requests and changing priorities.
• Able to learn existing service processes quickly.

Contract Period: 6 months.
