Responsibilities
$3,500 - $5,000 + Variable bonuses

Location: Singapore, Hougang (Kovan) | Mon – Fri | 9am -6pm
Responsibilities:
Supervise Mechanical works to ensure timely completion, quality control, and compliance with approved drawings, local codes, regulations, and standards.
Inspect materials and samples delivered to site and report non-compliance with specifications.
Monitor contractor performance and progress against schedules, and prepare weekly progress reports.
Monitor rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily resolved.
Inspect site mock-ups where necessary.
Witness tests to ensure compliance with approved method statements.
Coordinate building services and attend site, progress, variation, and coordination meetings.
Verify and maintain records of site variations, contractor reports, and claims.
Assist the Mechanical & Electrical Engineer in project execution.
Ensure installations have the necessary Employer and relevant authority approvals and maintain proper records.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related.
