Full Time Executive, Warehouse Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Daikin Refrigeration Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Shah Alam Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of inventory staff in performing day to day inventory activities including receiving materials and services, disposing inbound material, receiving material from non-supplier, managing inventory storage and movement, managing physical inventory, lots and batches, consignment stock and managing sub-contracting
• To ensure stock accuracy (actual and in the system) through timely and systematic physical count, and update receiving, issuing, rejection control and material transfer in the S4HANA system
• To ensure optimum stock level by performing physical count, stock level analyses, monitoring and tracking of purchases and to ensure clearance of obsolete and slow moving stock
• To ensure accurate and on-time up-date of BOM
• To ensure accurate batch numbers management by declaring and updating batch number of the received, consumed and removed materials
• To assist the Section Head in managing consignment stock by performing good receipts and issue for vendor consignment
• To comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirement and standard.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam area.
