Full Time Legal Counsel Jobs, in Onyx Singapore Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Our client, a state-owned entity (SOE) within the Semiconductor industry is currently seeking a Legal Counsel to join their growing team.

Reporting to the General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will provide legal and compliance across the group’s semiconductor business. The role involves advising on commercial transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and Ips matters which working closely with business leaders & stakeholders to manage legal risks and safeguarding the group’s interest.

The role will also independently manage routine legal matters, maintain legal and corporate records, monitor contractual obligations and support legal process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced corporate environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Law, Business or equivalent
• At least 5 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE), with prior experience within Semiconductor industry
• Familiarity with NDAs, service agreements, customers & supplier agreements, and IP
• Ability to draft & negotiate commercial contract
