Support daily office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and events, preparing invoices, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support by performing clerical tasks to maintain organized office operations
• Schedule, manage, and send reminders for meetings and appointments to ensure timely attendance
• Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and meals to support team engagement
• Collaborate with the Office Manager to address and resolve office-related issues promptly
• Assist various departments with administrative tasks to support cross-functional efficiency
• Prepare and process invoices accurately as required to support financial operations
