Key Responsibilities

• Support management in business planning, budgeting and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor business performance, operational results and key KPIs.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and business analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations, Commercial and other departments on business matters.
• Track key projects and initiatives to ensure timely follow-up and completion.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements and efficiency measures.
• Support preparation of business proposals, contracts, presentations and other management documentation.
• Coordinate with Group companies and overseas offices on business and administrative matters.
• Assist management with new business initiatives, expansion projects and other strategic assignments.
• Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related discipline.
• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in business management, corporate planning, operations or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and coordinate across different departments and countries.
• Experience in a multinational or regional business environment would be advantageous.
