Responsibilities
Job Summary
Coordinate and manage market research projects to ensure timely, high-quality survey execution and data delivery. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to optimize fieldwork operations and improve research processes.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of market research projects, including survey planning, fieldwork coordination, and project monitoring to ensure timely completion
Collaborate with internal research teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects according to requirements and timelines
Manage survey fieldwork activities across multiple projects, ensuring targets, schedules, and quality standards are consistently met
Supervise and deploy interviewers to maintain adequate fieldwork coverage, productivity, and compliance with survey protocols
Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, and operating costs to optimize resource utilization and stay within budget
Ensure timely availability and accurate tracking of fieldwork data, progress reports, and operational updates to support decision-making
Conduct data quality checks and investigate discrepancies or irregularities during fieldwork, coordinating with teams for prompt resolution
Prepare and maintain operational reports, project status updates, and performance metrics for management review
Respond to client queries and coordinate follow-up actions to resolve operational or fieldwork-related issues
Provide administrative and operational support for market research projects and business development activities
Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes, fieldwork efficiency, and data quality
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Market Research, or related discipline
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Prior experience in market research, survey operations, fieldwork coordination, or project management is advantageous
Other Information
Position Level Candidates with more relevant working experience may be considered for the Senior Operations Executive position based on their competencies and suitability for the role.
