Job Responsibilities

- Build solid relationships with end users and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience.

- Identify challenges that customers would encounter and recommend solutions for end users.

- Attend to end users’ daily enquiries such as handset pricing, billing and handset familiarization.

- Take stock of the onsite mobile handset inventory.

- Collate monthly sales reports and attend weekly sales meetings.

- Communicate and work closely with company Indoor Sales Support, 4C & Customer Service Operations to enable sales activities.

- Manage customer email/portal updates.

- Create PowerPoint slides to indicate weekly job activities.

- Create tickets for users when required.

- Update and close customer system tickets.

- Key in all ticket data into customer Excel.

- Update and follow up with users on the outcome of problems they face.

- Attend to network problems/installation of antenna at customer sites when needed.

- Create invoices and upload POs in Taulia apps for payment.

- Upload end-users’ contact details on social media portal, Yammer.
