Job Responsibilities:

• Lead an application support team to manage Business As Usual (BAU) support, enhancements, and project activities.
• Delivery planning and active management for enhancements and BAU fixes to ensure timely delivery and proper upkeep of the applications.
• Plan, manage, and own the total of the Book of Work that the team is responsible to deliver under BAU, enhancements, and project activities (subset). In addition, the Book of Work will include other activities such as, but not limited to, audit, disaster recovery exercise, and OS patching. This will require the ability to estimate and plan the delivery based on available capacity.
• Be prepared to coach and guide the team of business analysts and developers/technical analysts to meet objectives.
• Lead and drive solution discussion with key parties such as enterprise architects, etc., and also align with the business user/owner.
• Prepare status reporting.
• Engage and manage key business owner/user(s) to align and handle expectations well.

Experience:

• Degree in Computing/Information Technology or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in managing applications/systems
• Strong problem-solving and ability to coach, guide, and share knowledge/experience with the team
• Ability to work in a multi-partner/vendor environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and highly motivated individual
• Used to be developers/technical leads who are well versed in .NET/MS CRM, MS SQL, IHS Markit EDM (mandatory) product, etc.
• Good overall knowledge in various SDLC tools/request management such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Good knowledge in software release tools such as BitBucket, Jenkins, or similar Devops tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with waterfall/agile (hybrid) methodology.
• Highly motivated to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
