What you’ll do

• Drive continuous improvement in store KPIs: QAA, labour cost %, COGS %, wastage, sales productivity and customer ratings
• Optimise manpower deployment, scheduling and operating hours without compromising service quality
• Improve ingredient usage, stock control and portioning accuracy
• Uphold recipe, hygiene, food safety and presentation standards, and fix recurring audit failures at the root
• Set best practices for opening, closing, shift handovers, cash management and inventory control
• Strengthen customer experience through service speed, order accuracy and complaint handling
• Build strong store routines and coach Outlet Supervisors and Store Managers, working with HR and Training to close capability gaps
• Simplify SOPs, pilot new tools, equipment and workflows, and measure their impact before wider rollout
• Document best practices as playbooks and toolkits, host outlet visits and knowledge-sharing sessions, and track whether other outlets achieve the expected results

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, F&B Management or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in F&B, QSR, café, beverage chains or multi-outlet retail, ideally with large-scale store operations or regional management exposure
• Solid grasp of outlet P&L, QAA, labour cost optimisation, COGS, inventory management, wastage control and customer service performance
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills, with a record of measurable cost savings or productivity gains
• Hands-on, proactive and results-driven, with good project management, communication and influencing skills to work across Operations, QA, HR, Training and Supply Chain
