Full Time Senior Event Marketing Manager Jobs, in WeAreAspire - Maukerja

Our client is a B2B exhibitions organiser with a focus on technology trade shows. They host regional exhibitions across Asia, supported by summit and conference programmes, and work alongside global teams. They are looking for a marketing hire in Singapore and our client is open to considering candidates at either Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager level, depending on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the visitor acquisition strategy and deliver registration, verified attendance and qualified audience targets.
• Build local and regional audience databases, with clear targets for acquisition, segmentation and data quality.
• Develop the visitor proposition and positioning for each host market, backed by market research and competitor analysis.
• Lead integrated campaigns across paid digital, email, content, social media and local-language channels.
• Manage the visitor marketing budget, in-market agencies, vendors and media partners against agreed targets.
• Build co-marketing partnerships with industry associations, government agencies, media and channel partners.
• Report on registration pacing, conversion, cost per acquisition and audience quality, and lead post-show analysis.
• Work with Sales, Operations, Conference/Content and the global team, and represent the company at regional industry events.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7 years+ (5 years+ for manager level) of B2B marketing experience with a track record of growing audiences, ideally in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences or B2B technology.
• Experience launching or building audiences in new markets from an early stage.
• Strong Southeast Asian market knowledge, especially Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. Local networks are a distinct advantage.
• Hands-on with digital campaign execution, marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Strong stakeholder and agency management skills, and comfortable in a matrix, multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong commercial awareness.
• Willing to travel regionally and internationally as required.
