Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable marine service technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and service on various vessels, working both on land and at sea with strong physical and mental stamina.
Responsibilities
Perform repair and maintenance tasks on vessels as directed by team leaders and engineers at job sites
Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure cleanliness and proper working order in the workshop
Complete accurate service records and repair documentation following instructions from team leaders or engineers
Work effectively for long hours in both land and sea environments
Handle heavy loads and maintain physical endurance by standing, sitting, and stooping for extended periods
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and accept constructive feedback to improve performance
Apply practical knowledge of marine maintenance tools and equipment to support repair tasks
Travel overseas for assignments as required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Practical experience with tools and equipment used in marine maintenance
