Experience in creating engaging and creative social media content is an advantage.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of content creation and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or VN.

Good communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Comfortable communicating with customers and handling sales enquiries.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Handle daily sales activities, engage with potential customers, and effectively close sales to achieve sales targets.

Create engaging and creative marketing content, including videos, posters, and promotional materials for the company's social media platforms.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media channels.

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.

Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.

Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and sales performance.

Perform other sales and marketing-related duties as assigned by the management.
