Responsibilities
Conceptualize & Design:
Create high-quality wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
Responsive Layouts:
Design seamless, mobile-first experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Maintain Design Systems:
Maintain, update, and scale our visual assets, brand guidelines, and UI component libraries.
Front-End Execution:
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design integrity during production. (Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to troubleshoot layouts is highly preferred).
Optimize UX:
Identify usability issues, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve conversion rates and site performance.
Project Autonomy:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from kick-off to launch, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
