We are looking for a passionate and driven Part-Time Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our training programmes to corporate clients and educational institutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, target-driven, and passionate about helping clients enhance their people development strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (preferably in training, education, or professional services).

• Strong understanding of soft skills and communication training services.

• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales interest are encouraged to apply.

• Identify and approach potential clients, including corporations, educational institutions, and individuals who require soft skills and communication training.

• Conduct sales presentations and proposals.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

• Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.

• Provide market insights and competitor updates

• Work closely with training and operations teams.

• Maintain accurate CRM records.
