Full Time Safety Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,500 in SGET MY SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site safety and EHS procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
• Monitor high-risk activities, including electrical works, MEP, working at heights, excavation, and heavy equipment operations.
• Review construction drawings and identify potential safety risks.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training for site workers.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH regulations and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and management on safety matters.
• Support emergency response planning and continuous safety improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, EHS, or related field.
• Valid DOSH Green Book / Registered Safety Officer certification.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in data center, industrial, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and high-risk activities.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Experience conducting safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting documentation.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Additional certifications in confined space, fire safety, or fall protection are an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM9,500.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
