Full Time Executive, Communications Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in YTL Cement Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

As a Junior Executive, you will play a key supporting role in helping to deliver internal and external communications initiatives across various platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in corporate communications, with hands-on involvement in content creation, event support, and marketing campaigns.

Primary responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events, including logistics, vendor coordination and on-ground support.
• Support the preparation and distribution of communication materials such as announcements, newsletters, presentations and posters.
• Assist in creating simple visuals and graphics for social media and internal platforms.
• Draft and edit basic copy for social media posts, website content, internal news and emailers.
• Help update and maintain the company’s internal and external communication channels (e.g. intranet, website, social platforms).
• Conduct background research and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
• Assist in maintaining content calendars, media lists, and campaign tracking files.
• Provide general support to the Brand & Communications team in ad hoc projects and daily operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship or volunteer experience in marketing, communications or media is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is a plus.
• Organised, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bukit Bintang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
