Full Time Business Analyst (Temenos T24 - Transact, Tax - Regulatory Reporting, and Wealth Management) Jobs, in Keyrus - Maukerja

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a contract opportunity with BNP Paribas in Singapore, focusing on Temenos T24 / Transact, Tax & Regulatory Reporting, and Wealth Management.

This role offers the opportunity to work across business and technology teams, driving regulatory implementations, functional enhancements, and process improvements across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, business process analysis, and gap assessments.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, and detailed functional specifications.
• Support FATCA, CRS, QI, US withholding tax, and other tax-related regulatory requirements within Temenos Transact.
• Analyse tax determination across customer data, securities trading, corporate actions, and related banking processes.
• Drive functional solution design, system configuration, integration testing, UAT, and production implementation.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Tax, Compliance, Finance, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve straight-through processing (STP), operational efficiency, and global process standardization.

What We're Looking For

• At least 7 years of banking industry experience as a Business Analyst and/or hands-on Project Manager.
• Mandatory: Strong hands-on Temenos T24 / Transact expertise in Wealth Management.
• In-depth knowledge of FATCA, CRS, QI, withholding taxes, and tax-related regulatory reporting.
• Experience with customer static data, instrument reference data, securities trading, and corporate actions.
• Proven BRD/FRD or functional specification writing experience, alongside hands-on UAT and implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• SQL, API testing, system integration knowledge, and Agile experience are advantageous.
