- Technical Ownership – Shape technical direction, improve solution designs, and take end-to-end ownership of platform components from development to operation
- Cloud Platform Development – Build platform services, APIs, automation, and backend components using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Kubernetes
- Infrastructure Automation – Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code modules and automated deployment workflows for cloud environments
- Performance & Reliability – Optimize system performance, scalability, and resilience through robust design, testing, and reliability engineering practices
- Deployment & Support – Execute controlled deployments, prepare rollback plans, and provide advanced third-level technical support
- Engineering Quality – Apply secure coding practices, lead code reviews and refactoring, and maintain high standards for testing, observability, and documentation
- DevSecOps Improvement – Strengthen DevSecOps practices, address technical debt, and improve software development lifecycle processes using modern technologies, including AI
- Collaboration & Mentoring – Work with architects, product owners, and platform teams, mentor developers, and promote engineering standards and knowledge sharing

- Professional Experience – At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, API development, or related development and operations roles
- Cloud Technologies – Hands-on experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms and cloud-native technologies
- Software Development – Practical experience with Java and Spring Boot or another modern programming language, alongside scripting skills
- Microservices & APIs – Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST API design
- Event-Driven Architecture – Experience with publish/subscribe messaging patterns and event-driven systems
- DevOps & Automation – Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Terraform, EKS, or comparable DevOps and infrastructure automation tools
- AI in Development – Experience applying AI technologies to improve software development lifecycle processes
- Cloud Security & Reliability – Understanding of cloud security, resilience, and operational best practices, with strong analytical, communication, and ownership skills
