Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and fault resolution, while implementing preventive measures.
Ensure operational systems meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine operational support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and project reports.
Provide timely technical support and standby assistance when required.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Unix/Linux, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to communicate technical concepts to different audiences.
Knowledge of network infrastructure, including VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches, is an advantage.
Experience with servers, storage systems (SAN/NAS), OS and network hardening, and patch management.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange/Mail, databases, and web/application servers.
Knowledge of SQL, Java, C++, or JavaScript is an added advantage.
