Working hours: 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Job Summary
Manage comprehensive accounting functions to maintain accurate financial records, support business decisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports to support informed business decision-making
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial closure
Prepare schedules and documentation for audits, tax filings, and statutory submissions to ensure compliance with regulations
Process invoicing, payments, and expenses accurately and on schedule to maintain cash flow integrity
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities to optimize financial planning
Liaise with auditors and tax agents to facilitate audit processes and ensure tax compliance
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements to maintain financial integrity
Communicate effectively with management, customers, and vendors using WhatsApp and Outlook to coordinate operations smoothly
