Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily kitchen prep, ingredient cutting, and station setup.
Fry core Zi Char staples (fried rice, hor fun, stir-fried vegetables/meats).
Cover the main wok/Head Cook on their off-days.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, food quality, and cleanliness.
Requirements:
Singapore Citizen, PR, or LTVP holder only
Prior experience as a Zi Char 2nd cook or senior kitchen helper
Able to handle fast-paced coffee shop kitchen environment
Handle daily kitchen prep, ingredient cutting, and station setup.
