Responsibilities
If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of daily warehouse and logistics operations, this role offers an opportunity to support shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and store coordination in a team-based environment. Safety boots are provided.
Location:
Ubi Avenue, Singapore
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities
Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare items for shipment and coordinate delivery readiness
Communicate with Production and Customer Service teams to support delivery timelines
Move inventory and coordinate material transfers with related departments
Receive, store, and secure warehouse inventory, consignment stock, and supplies
Support general warehouse organisation and daily operational needs
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing, or store-related work is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks with accuracy
Comfortable with carrying heavy items as part of the role
Comfortable working at height when required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
