The role

We’ve taken on a high-volume hiring project for a client with fast turnaround times. As our Sourcing Specialist, you’ll drive the candidate side of this project from start to finish. You’ll work directly with both founders and speak to the client yourself. Fresh graduates are welcome. No recruitment experience needed. We’ll train you.

What you’ll do

Take briefs from the founders and learn each role, team and hiring manager

Find candidates through LinkedIn, our CRM, job boards, referrals and direct approach

Screen and interview candidates against the brief

Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback within agreed timelines

Manage offers, notice periods and check-ins until each candidate starts

Track progress against the hiring plan and report weekly to the founders and the client

What we’re looking for

Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience. Internships, part-time and customer-facing roles all count

Confident speaking to people on the phone and face to face

Organised enough to manage 20+ candidates at once without missing a detail

Strong written and spoken English

Eager to learn and comfortable in a fast-moving startup
