The Recovery Executive is responsible for recovering overdue payments from customers/clients while maintaining positive relationships and adhering to company policies and legal compliance. This role involves regular follow-ups, negotiating repayment terms, and updating records .

Strong communication and negotiation skills , good understanding of billing and recovery processes , ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Able to understand problems-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach plus field visit experience is a plus .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
