About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Build & Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end server provisioning, infrastructure deployment, and cross-functional coordination for enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving server build activities, resolving technical dependencies, coordinating with multiple infrastructure teams, and ensuring successful environment handover within committed timelines.

Work Location - Singapore (Onsite)

This role is open only Local Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR Holder.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Build & Provisioning

• Review build requirements and define provisioning schedules.
• Create and manage build-related tickets, change records, and JIRA requests.
• Generate server hostnames through enterprise provisioning portals.
• Support new server builds throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to deployment.
• Monitor build progress and proactively identify and resolve build blockers.
• Ensure infrastructure delivery adheres to agreed project timelines and SLA commitments.

Hardware & Data Center Coordination

• Submit hardware roll-in requests for rack allocation.
• Review rack deployment requests and validate:
• Hostnames
• IP addressing
• Switch port availability
• Network Backup Utility (NBU) connectivity
• Coordinate with Data Center Facilities Management (DCFM) teams regarding cabling and rack-related issues.
• Provide commissioning and warranty support for deployed infrastructure.

Cross-Functional Infrastructure Management

• Collaborate with Network, Storage, Virtualization, and Platform teams to resolve infrastructure dependencies.
• Coordinate Network Firewall, DNS, Load Balancer, and connectivity requirements.
• Lead issue resolution activities impacting infrastructure deployment schedules.
• Provide technical solutions to accelerate server provisioning and environment readiness.

Build Governance & Reporting

• Conduct daily deployment status meetings (DSM calls) and track overall build progress.
• Prepare and distribute build status reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in discussions with business, engineering, and project teams to provide updates and address technical concerns.
• Escalate risks and challenges impacting project timelines.

Operating System & Security Management

• Support OS configuration, user administration, role management, and server hardening activities.
• Partner with Application and GIS teams to remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with organizational security standards.

Handover & Transition Management

• Coordinate GIS onboarding and handover activities.
• Lead infrastructure handover processes to meet project milestones.
• Ensure successful transition of environments to application teams for deployment and operational readiness.
• Provide post-deployment support during stabilization periods.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Server Build, Provisioning, and Infrastructure Delivery.
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux Server Administration.
• Experience with JIRA, ticketing systems, and change management processes.
• Solid understanding of:
• Networking (DNS, Firewall, Load Balancers)
• Storage Infrastructure
• Virtualization Platforms (VMware/Hyper-V/OpenShift)
• Data Center Operations
• Experience coordinating with multiple infrastructure teams in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of server hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Microsoft, Linux, VMware, or Cloud certifications are advantageous.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or global delivery environments.
