GI, Operations Executive (Policy Issuance)

12-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the issuance of new business, renewal, and endorsement policy documents.
• Ensure high service standards by maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all policy documentation.
• Manage policy records and perform related administrative tasks efficiently.
• Respond to enquiries from customer care teams, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders via email and phone.
• Support system enhancement initiatives, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in General Insurance (GI) operations.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
